View and manage photos from your Android device on your PC
On your Android device: Open Link to Windows application. Tap on the account you would like to modify. Tap on Photos. Select All photos under Allow access to. You can select form which location you want to insert photos from by either choosing Camera & Screenshots folders or All media folders.
Block or unblock automatic picture downloads in email messages
Unblock picture downloads for all messages. On the File tab, choose Options > Trust Center. Under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings. Clear the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items check box.

Use a USB cable to connect your device to the PC. In the search box on the taskbar, type photos and then select the Photos app from the results. Select Import from the app bar. Your devices will automatically show under Import. Choose your device from the list of connected devices. Wait for the content to load from your device.

Organize and find photos in OneDrive - Microsoft Support
To help you find photos, the date appears over the scroll bar as you scroll up and down your photos: Edit or remove a tag. OneDrive automatically creates tags for things it recognizes. Sometimes it makes mistakes, but you can remove or edit the tags for a photo. Hover your mouse over the photo to show the controls.
